NA body finalises provisions of law on accountability

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Law and Justice on Tuesday finalised several clauses of the Holders of Public Offices (Accountability) Act 2009. The committee’s meeting at Parliament House, chaired by Begum Nasim Akhtar Chaudhry, also finalised a clause of the law for the appointment of the proposed accountability commission’s head. staff report
